Grimmer Motors Terms and Conditions

I understand that parts and services remain the property of Grimmer Motors 2015 Ltd until paid for in full, and interest of 5% per month compounding, late payment and collection fees may be added to invoices.

I understand that vehicle storage is at the owner’s risk. Grimmer Motors Limited will take reasonable care of vehicles stored on its premises; however, all vehicles left anywhere at our premises are stored at the owner’s risk. Grimmer Motors Limited shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, or theft of vehicles or their contents, including but not limited to damage caused by natural disasters, vandalism, or unauthorized access. Customers are advised to ensure their own insurance policy covers vehicles stored at Grimmer Motors premises.

I understand that if my job is cancelled for any reason, I am liable for any restocking, administration, and freight fees on parts that have been ordered in preparation for the job.

I understand I am liable for storage costs at $25 per day, 24 hours after I am informed that the car is ready to be uplifted if I do not return to uplift the vehicle or pay my account causing the vehicle to be held on site.

I understand that I/We give authority for Grimmer Motors 2015 Ltd to hold my personal information and authorise any person or company to provide Grimmer Motors with information to determine my whereabouts and my credit worthiness.

By agreeing to the terms and conditions of this form, you are agreeing for Grimmer Motors to send you Follow Up reminders for repair, maintenance or diagnostis, plus occasional newsletters and items your vehicle require promotions via text or email, and that you have acknowledged and agreed to all the terms and conditions that you have viewed in this form.

You acknowledge and agree that any future bookings made over the phone or in person under your name will automatically be subject to the same terms and conditions outlined above. This applies regardless of whether the terms are explicitly restated at the time of booking. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to these conditions for all subsequent bookings.

Booked the ol' Fuga in for a service this week. I dropped it off early to take advantage of the free clean and asked if I could have it ready at 3 pm. The service went well and they... pointed out things that would need attention in the future. I like the introduction of the vehicle service and repair log book. Which has all my previous services and fix ups recorded in it. And the Fuga was freshly cleaned and ready at 3pm, like they said. Thanks Team
